Cystic Fibrosis Educational Services Corp. (CFEDSC.org) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.
The purpose of CFEDSC, and in particular this website, is to provide educational material to the public about emerging medical and legal issues associated with Cystic Fibrosis. In particular, CFEDSC reviews, summarizes and presents emerging scientific and medical developments towards the treatment and cure of Cystic Fibrosis. This information is presented to the public; primarily through research reports, abstracts, full length academic style papers and clinical trial reports (all of which can be accessed in the Research Reports tab of this website).
Further, CFEDSC reviews, summarizes and presents emerging public policy and legal developments to the public regarding Cystic Fibrosis. In particular, information and relevant links regarding acquiring and maintaining health insurance and access to medical care are presented in the Legal Information tab of this website.
